thePoint4 at the Royal National College for the Blind (RNC) in Hereford, was built in 2009 as a fully accessible, international standard sports centre and has hosted many large events including the Blind World Football Championships in 2010 and the Blind European Championships in 2014.
The RNC’s sports academy is based at thePoint4, the first of its kind in the UK.

HydrotherapyHydrotherapy can help with a number of ailments including joint, muscular or circulation issues. Due to its ambient temperature our hydrotherapy pool is also suited to babies and those with lower mobility.
The warm water helps blood flow and supports and stabilise joints and muscles enabling wider range of movement in a safe setting.
We are pleased to welcome Water babies and Turtle Tots to our Hydrotherapy pool.
Our spa is the perfect place to unwind and relax and is included in thePoint4 membership. It is available to non-members by arrangement. The spa suite includes:Private parties enjoy use of the spa room for two hours for a maximum of 12 people, which includes use of robes and slippers for the duration of your visit.
