Our purpose-built developments provide an alternative to conventional care homes. You’ll have your own private apartment in one of our schemes, but as your needs increase over time, so too can the level of care and support we provide.

This means you could remain independent in a ‘home for life’, with the peace of mind that our dedicated staff are on hand 24-hours a day to provide you with as little or as many home care services as you require.

These new high quality self contained homes are part of a community of individual apartments and bungalows called Whitley Court. The properties are designed to allow maximum independence with care and support on site. 

As part of this scheme there are 20 properties available for shared ownership purchase – 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and 2 bedroom bungalows. Through Older Persons Shared Ownership the home can be purchased at 75 per cent with no further rent (see price list for more details, along with service charge information).

Whitley Court offers a range of attractive community facilities serving those who live in the
scheme and the wider community. These include a restaurant, activity spaces and a
lounge. Some services will be provided in communal areas for residents and visitors such as
hairdressers, physiotherapy and respite.
