Clarence Park and Meadow Court

Paula Morris is the Activities Co-ordinator at Fortis Living and she is coming to the 55+ and Retirement Roadshow to promote the schemes and the facilities available at Clarence Park and Meadow Court.

At Meadow Court there is a hairdressers (independent) and café/bar open to the public and at Clarence Park there are a gym (independent), hairdressers (independent), café/bar all open to the public.

Friends Groups

We have a ‘Friends’ group for each site which allows the public to join in with the many activities and events we hold, as well as to enjoy a discount in our café/bars and hairdressers.

Costs of the Friends group are Meadow court - £10 a year and Clarence Park £40 year for individual and £70 for a couple with some activities and events having a small additional cost, but at rates much lower than outside courses.

We have tutors for specialist courses, such as art and flower arranging and our activities team run other activities too including  art, crafts, photography, exercise classes, evening events as well as weekend special events. We would also like to encourage volunteering wherever we can, we have lots of opportunities available.

There is open access to our bar/cafes with Sunday roasts and special occasions such as Mother’s Day celebrated onsite. So, if you are at a loose end on a weekend and you don't fancy having to cook, why not come and enjoy a meal with us.
