Hello from Caremark Worcester & Malvern Hills.  We provide tailored Home Care Services to meet the needs of yourself or a loved one.  All of our clients have chosen to remain living independently at home and need some level of care and support to enable them to do so.  Our services ensure their desired level of independence is maintained whilst they continue to live safely at home.

Each office is individually owned and operated, meaning the best possible care can be provided in each region. We provide care to anyone over the age of 18 and do so with dignity and respect. 

We never forget that every one of our clients is a unique individual with personal likes, dislikes, interests and habits. We take great care to match Care Workers to clients, to ensure compatibility, empathy and mutual respect. Where possible, we match on shared language and culture too.

To make sure that we successfully meet your needs, we will liaise very closely with your support organisations, such as social services and healthcare providers. To give you the confidence of being in control of your own support, we will regularly ask for feedback from you in order to monitor the quality of the service we're providing.

Types of service we provide

Our services ensure their desired level of independence is maintained whilst they continue to live safely at home.

We provide a bespoke service,  tailored to match your specific needs and preferences as well as your budget. There's no real limit to the type of support we offer. It may be something as simple as a 1 hour domestic call each day at a time to suit you, or it may be providing a more complex package of care, including 24 live-in care.

Whatever your requirements, you can be assured of a quality service, delivered by caring, we trained, care workers who are there to suppport you in your daily reoutine, enabling you to live life your way. All our care workers and staff are throughly screened and checked before they start work for Caremark. They are then individually matched to your to your specific needs, ensuring you will have exactly the right kind of care and support for your requirements.
