About us
If you are struggling with housework or are having difficulties with dressing or bathing, Care24 can help.
Care & Support24 is a specialist service delivered on behalf of The Community Housing Group, one of the largest social housing and care providers in the County.
Our team is highly trained and experienced, and we're regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and follow their strict guidelines for delivering care to the highest possible standards.
Care24 provides practical help and support for when you need that extra bit of help.
We provide home and personal care services for older and vulnerable people who want to stay in their own home for as long as they wish or are able to do so.
Home care includes tasks such as cleaning, shopping and laundry
- Personal care includes helping you with dressing, bathing and staying safe and well
- Full details of our services can be found by following the menu to your right.
Our services are delivered by professionally trained staff and we work within guidelines set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). We also hold full liability insurance and all of our teams receive comprehensive health and safety training.
We are proud of our flexible approach and can adapt really quickly if your circumstances or health changes.
Home Care
Our practical home care services are designed to help you take care of your home. We can provide services such as
- dusting, tidying and vacuuming
- laundry and ironing
- shopping
We will use your own materials and equipment and make sure that your home remains safe and comfortable at all times.
We can even help you find a tradesperson if you have small household repairs or need help to manage your garden.
Personal Care
Our services help you stay safe and comfortable throughout the day and can help you with:
- getting up and out of bed
- washing, showering, or bathing
- getting dressed and undressed
- managing your medication
- preparing snacks and drinks
The personal care plan is reviewed regularly with you and can be changed quickly and easily if your needs change.
Your privacy and dignity will be respected at all times and we will give you as much or as little help as you need, to suit your abilities.
