All care centres are run by a full-time General or Nurse Manager. They are supported by a team of fully qualified nurses, carers and ancillary staff that ensure care is provided 24 hours a day as required.

Kington is a market town delightfully situated in a fertile valley on the western edge of the county of Herefordshire in an area almost surrounded by water. The River Arrow borders its south side and Bach Brook on the north and east sides.
Kington Court is situated in the centre of the Herefordshire town of Kington surrounded by stunning countryside. It has attractive landscaped gardens for residents to enjoy, whether by foot or in a wheelchair.
The home was purpose built in 2003 to the highest standards with 48 places registered with CSCI as a Care home with nursing for older people.
It has Day Care facilities, spacious dining rooms, a hairdressing salon and all rooms have en-suite facilities. There are 2 floors serviced by 2 lifts. To ensure the residents are kept active, they have a full time activities co-ordinator.

Holmer Manor.

Hereford was one of the first towns founded in England after the end of Roman Rule. Early Hereford was a frontier town on the border between kingdoms inhabited by the ancestors of the Welsh and of the English before there were such countries as ‘Wales’ and ‘England’.
Holmer Manor is a Victorian mansion with modern extensions, in secure gardens, on the outskirts of Hereford with good access to all local amenities.
It has 49 places registered with the CSCI as a care home with nursing for people with a mental disorder or dementia over the age of 65.
The two storey houses fitted with shaft lift and there are spacious living areas including two day rooms, a quiet room and a dining room.
Holmer Manor offers 24 hour long and short term nursing care with specialist trained staff to care for those with functional disorders (e.g depression, anxieties, phobias) or an organic disorder (e.g dementia). Holmer Manor also has a full time activities co-ordinator to keep the residents active and a support group for the relatives of the residents.
