The Trading Standards service plays an important role in ensuring a fair, safe and lawful trading environment for all Blackpool residents. We are responsible for enforcing a wide range of legislation aimed at protecting consumers, removing unsafe products and maintaining standards of fair trading.

We also work to support and advise local businesses to ensure they are fully compliant with the law.
