Aspen has created an Extra Care Retirement scheme of high specification 1 & 2 bedroom appartments with a host of communal facilities to enjoy in Eastbank Drive, Northwick, Worcester. Aspen offers more than just a retirement appartment. Staff are on-site 24 hours a day to offer support and ensure that everything runs smoothly. Weekly domestic assistance is provided and for those who may require personal care, Aspen staff will arrange this for you.

Extra care means that you can enjoy the additional support and services that the on-site team offer, whilst retaining your own front door. As well as buying an appartment, you also have use of an owner's lounge, hobbies room, a library and a hotel-style restaurant offering a range of meals for you and your guests.

All apartments are fully carpeted with plenty of storage, including wardrobes in the main bedroom. In the kitchen there is an eye level oven, hob, washer dryer and an integrated fridge freezer. Bathrooms have both a bath and a level access shower.  There is an alarm system in each appartment which connects to the duty manager at all times for added comfort and security.

Weekly domestic help is included in the service charge and the housekeeping team are able to carry out additional jobs for you such as service washes or shopping. A handyman can also be booked through the manager for any small tasks in your appartment.  Personal care can also be arranged either temporarily or on a long term basis.

If you want to socialise, there is plenty going on at an Aspen Community with regular coffee mornings, hobby groups and other events, where you can meet up with new friends and neighbours. There are also lovely landscape gardens to enjoy and your friends and family can stay with you too. They can book into the guest suite for overnight stays meaning that you can keep in touch without the hassle of preparing a room for them.
